Short summary: Tor was created by the US Navy. Then hijacked by the EFF.
And now it has been hijacked again by governments (USA, China, Russia)
to spy on Tor users.

What I read here is not really interesting: it over simplify what Tor
does, how it works and lean on conspiracy theories.
