Sounds like a plan.

Most relay operators are not on any mailing list, and one of the goals
of the Weather rewrite was to be able to alert operators with outdated
relays that they are out of date.  And in fact, there are two options an
operator can sign up for:

Recommended Updates: Emails when the router is not running the most
up-to-date stable version of Tor.
Required Updates: Emails when the router is running an obsolete version
of Tor.
