Tor 0.2.1.1-alpha is out

hi,

for the sake of improved performance compared to gcc I use to compile 
the openssl lib as well as the tor application with Intel's C compiler 
icc. Unlike gcc compiling tor very smoothly icc throws a lot of compiler 
warnings. You may find my configure script and make output here:
