Well, it's impossible to block all servers that wish bad things
towards me,  but I just use the peerguardian lists. I block government
servers and any other servers that might have heavy logging enabled
(schools, large companies, etcc .) I have noticed that the NATO C3
agency is running a tor server which I (for obvious reasons) deny tor
access to througgh my firewall.
