[tor-reports] GetTor April 2015 status report

Hello people,

This is the April 2015 status report of GetTor. There was almost no
development during April; I spent most of my time between SoP and
university.

 Development during April 2015
-------------------------------

- Installed missing libraries on getulum for #14835 [1] and replaced
system calls by Python functions. Currently waiting for review on this.

- Applied to Summer of Privacy with the project 'Enhance GetTor' [2],
which was one of the four ideas selected [3]! I'm very happy about this :)

Plans for May 2015:

- Replace system calls in [4] according to code review suggestions.
- Finish #14835 [1].
- Improve GetTor message body.
- Start working on Summer of Privacy.

 Stats for April 2015
----------------------

Since April 5th until May 5th we have received:

- 3634 requests for the email distributor (~780 more than in March),
from 1767 different accounts (~570 more than in March).
