<div>Georg,</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you for the reference that confirms the Advertised Bandwidth is from the Tor client.</div><div><br></div><div>I still don't understand why my Tor nodes aren't able to initiate a 10 second burst higher than 4MB/s. An Internet Speed Test is able to sustain a burst near my advertised 250Mb/s up and down.</div><div><br></div><div>Am I right in thinking the answer to this question is...
