    <p>Yes, I solved switching from DirPort 9030 to 80. I don't know
      why, but in every debian machine on which i run tor, when I send
      kill -HUP signal, often the process crash. In the log I read that
      It can't read the config file, so I just restart It through
      systemd.</p>
