<br />that's true for their ToS. I do know at least 2 exit nodes from that AS,
<br />though. If you use the reduced exit policy and work with them if they
<br />get too many abuse complaints for your VPS, you can run an exit.

<br />I decided to run a middle relay only, though, as they got MANY abuse
