This server is directly connected to our backbone and is not being throttled in any way. AS1653 is our upstream and they like the Tor-project, no throttles there either :)<br>

<div>I deployed a new tor-relay about 2 months ago. It runs on a server with 2 Quad-cores, 8GB RAM and 1Gbit connection.</div>
