If I'm not mistaken the V2Dir flag is given to directory mirrors unless<br>
you are really struggling for the upload bandwidth mirroring the<br>
directory certainly isn't a bad idea it will add in my experience about<br>
1-2% to the upload usage v relaying alone but it does help the network<br>
if you can support it.<br>
