[tor-qa] First release candidate for Tor Browser 7.0 is available for testing

Yeah, this kind of things happens. We'll pick that up next week with 7.0.1.

So, it seems the rounding code we backported from Mozilla is not good
enough to us multiples of 100 px? That's sad. I opened #22519 for it.
