- Figure out how to test changed/gone resources and ensure the rdsys backend api is behaving as expected for handling updates from rdsys<br>
- Start implementing a function in lox distributor/lox library to handle syncing of Lox bridgetable<br>

- Expected behaviour of rdsys on update of bridges: e.g., where all changes to bridge descriptors are recorded (i.e., networkstatus-bridges, bridge-descriptors, cached-extrainfo files), which of these trigger updates from rdsys,and how _should_ the distributor be responding (if it's working as expected)<br>
