[tor-project] Google lifted sanctions on Iran

Hey all,

Good news! Google finally lifted sanctions on Iran. This means Iranians
are no more censored from both ends and can now take advantage of
censorship circumvention techniques like meek-google.

Heck, I think we can even accept GSoC students from Iran, now.

Big kudos to those who worked hard to make this happen.
