rsync: failed to connect to <a href="http://rsync.torproject.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">rsync.torproject.org</a> (38.229.72.16): Connection timed out (110)<br>

One time I got this message, I couldn't reach the host from multiple machines on different networks.<br>
