I'm going to say no, there is no value in mirrors at this time.

I turned on some (limited) logging and in a 30 day window only 14 days
had any hits, and only once did the number of hits cross into double
digits. Many days didn't even have a crawler hit.

The number is so low I was wondering if I got dropped from the mirror
list, but I have no idea because I spent a decent chunk of time trying
to find the current list of mirrors.

https://gitweb.torproject.org/project/web/webwml.git/plain/include/tor-mirrors.csv
has me listed but
https://2019.www.torproject.org/getinvolved/mirrors.html.en does not and
both of these are from 2019.

Try as I might, I can't imagine any real user who is struggling to
access torproject.org managing to stumble across the list of mirrors,
negating the value.

Mine is still running due to inertia as it has no ongoing costs, but
should I rebuild the server I don't think I would set it up again.
