Hm. If you had BandwidthRate set to 50KB, I would have an explanation:

But for 51KB, I don't have a good answer. Perhaps you have another line
in your torrc somewhere, like MaxAdvertisedBandwidth?

In any case, which nickname are you, so we can look at it more carefully?
