 Slowdown:The VPN I am using was always slow, about Tor I don't know, it
 was very sudden, from one day to the other from 400 to no real connection
 (only until 5%).

 About the bridges, I am not sure, I don't understand all of the
 information in the posted thread, I'm sorry.
