 It would be nice if `Socks4Proxy`, `Socks5Proxy`, `HTTPProxy`, and
 `HTTPSProxy` all supported `AF_LOCAL` sockets.  Of all the options listed,
 `HTTPProxy` is probably the lowest priority, since it's scope is fairly
 limited (Is it still even useful?).

 This along with PTs eventually getting support for `AF_LOCAL` sockets
 would let clients run the daemon in a container with no ability to create
 `AF_INET`/`AF_INET6` sockets.
