#16704: Why are we suggesting people to run relays on Tor Browser?!

When you search for "how to run a relay" [https://www.torproject.org/docs
/tor-doc-relay.html.en this doc] comes up, which is a good thing and from
the name of the document looks like what I've searched for.

The sad part when it gets to "[https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-
relay.html.en#torrc Configure Tor by editing the torrc file]".

Why are we suggesting people to run Tor relays using their Tor Browser on
 our main doc page!?!?
