 IDHEX: relay's ID.
 GOODCONNECTIONS: number of relays to which a connection could be
 successfully established.
 SUSPICIOUSCONNECTIONS: number of relays to which no connection could be
 established (one or two unsuccessful attempts).
 BADCONNECTIONS: number of relays to which no connection could be
 established (three to six unsuccessful attempts).
 CONNECTIONTESTS: total number of connections tested.
