 I have a PC with Windows XL and Norton 360
 I have used Tor many times and yet after recently upgrading to v3.6.4 and
 then losing internet briefly as the reuter was rebooted whilst connected
 and items were being downloaded via DownThemAll. After this I have not
 been able to launch the Tor Browser... I have tried downloading other
 versions, to the desktop, to the USB, to a portable hard drive but none of
 this works on the PC.
 I have tried changing/searching for anything in the Norton360 that might
 stop it and can't see much there even though when I look at the Task
 Manager during launch it goes mad using lots of memory.
 I tried using it on a laptop and that worked but the laptop has no upto
 date security on it and so I felt exposed (using the same portable hard
 disk I tried on the PC)
 I tried briefly turning off the N360 firewall - no success, then briefly
 turned off the firewall and antivirus - still no success.
 Somthing on my computer is blocking Tor but I dont know where to look...
 All help much appreciated....I am not that techy by the way...
