 The new
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/bridgedb.git/blob_plain/HEAD:/i18n/templates/bridgedb.pot
 bridgedb.pot] file has been generated in a different way than previous
 files. Transifex imports the file, but wrongly displays 100% translated
 for each language.

 I first thought this was an issue with Transifex and reported the issue on
 [https://github.com/transifex/transifex/issues/218 github]. Jason, one of
 our support assistants, later emailed me a link to
 [https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N_FAQ#My_file_is_100.25_but_when_I_test_the_application_I_still_see_English_strings.21_.28
 .23missing-strings.29 an FAQ] suggesting there could be something wrong
 with the .pot file.

 The new file is not much different from
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/aagbsn/bridgedb.git/blob_plain/refs/heads/deploy:/i18n/templates/bridgedb.pot
 an older version], but contains a "Generated-By: Babel 0.9.6\n"-header and
 lines such as "#, python-format".

 How was this file generated? does BridgeDB want files as .po or in some
 other format?
