 If you do decide to ship Cookie Monster for cookie control, there is a
 problem with it not saving site-specific cookie permissions across
 sessions unless Torbutton preferences are set to allow non-Tor cookies to
 be written to disk.  I'm sure I don't really understand all the
 implications of this as I'm not a programmer myself, but I thought it
 might bear mentioning.
