 Incidentally, the Vidalia help system has plenty of already translated
 information on the network settings and bridges, and there is already a
 hyperlink to the bridge settings section. We can also provide a hyperlink
 to the entire Network Settings help section to some words in the dialog.
 For example "the options below" or "further configuration" are good
 choices for another hyperlink.
