[tor-announce] Tor Browser 8.0.6 is released

Tor Browser 8.0.6 is now available from the Tor Browser Project page [1]
and also from our distribution directory [2].

This release features important security updates [3] to Firefox.

The main change in this new release is the update of Firefox to 60.5.1esr,
fixing some vulnerabilities in the Skia library [4].
