[tbb-dev] During April -> Wednesday's syncs with UX team 1800utc

Hello tb team!

as mentioned on today's sync the ux team would like to have weekly syncs
with you on Wednesdays during the month of April.

The syncs will be at 1800UTC at #tor-meeting channel.

For this first one we would like to discuss tickets:

Activity 4.1: Improve how circuits are displayed to the user

Activity 2.1: Improve user understanding and user control by clarifying
Tor Browser's security feature

As we discussed in Rome, we will also be building the design for mobile
as we work on these desktop items.

These syncs will be to have quick review/feedback cycles every week so
we can move on with the work and be ready for when its time to implement it.
