[tbb-dev] Let's organize a team meeting in Seattle!

Just a quick update to say that I have added the deliverables we wrote
on our new proposal to OTF (which is under review still) with some
suggestions of who could do what.

Disclaimer -- these suggestions was me trying to understand Geko message
on irc :D so if something looks odd is probably me misunderstanding what
he wrote, sorry!
