[TWN team] Interpol creates "cryptocurrency"

This no doubt means they are training extensively on the use of Tor for law
enforcement, if you turn things around a little.  I don't know if this is
something we want to follow up on internally and/or for a news angle.

I really doubt they are creating a cryptocurrency, but simulating such for
their training environment, but you know, press...:)
