[TWN team] cant connect to freenode

In last few days i cant connect to freenode over hexchat or weechat, a
didnt change anything in configuration which was working just great...i was
wondering what would be a reason for that....my TBB working with no problem
what so ever but connection over p4fsi4ockecnea7l.onion in last few days is
not working at all....thank you!
