Please don't use “We” here. The idea is that Tor Weekly News only speaks
for itself. It does not speak for the Tor help desk nor for the Tor
Project as a whole.

If we would use “we” anywhere, it would be for everyone involved in
making TWN happen.

I suggest using the neutral “The Tor help desk received…”. I have done
similar editing for past week edition.
