It sounds like you're on Fedora 27? I hear that Fedora 27 is end-of-life <br>


as of last November, i.e. it stopped being supported or updated a <br>


year ago. <br>

So your best bet is to update to a newer Fedora. Then you'll get a <br>


proper maintained Tor version, and also you'll get maintained versions <br>


of everything else on your computer. <br>
